Work Culture
We tend to promote our people based on their capabilities within the Company. Many people who had joined in the entry level positions of the Company, have climbed to the Managerial roles like Team Leaders, Project Leaders and Divisional Managers and this motivates our team members.
Based on the new area of requirements and needs, we have been sending our team members to our associated companies globally for the specialized hand-on training for short and long periods.
